Gloomy Weather

Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) causes the body to go into shutdown mode and have less energy. This often starts when the time changes and temperatures gets colder. It is a form of treatable depression.

Sugary Foods

Second, almost everyone consumes all those sweet, sugary goodies that are almost impossible to resist. This causes blood sugar problems that lead to temporary sadness and depression. If you are one of the many who can not resist, a helpful trick is to decide beforehand how much you will devour before you leave home.

If this does not seem feasible, another possible solution is to take and herbal supplement named Gymnema which will dramatically reduce your cravings for sweets.

Stressful Family Members

Third, too often we are forced to be around family members who we usually avoid. We are stressed, trapped, and seemingly helpless to do anything about it except endure the situation.

By limiting the time you spend in family gatherings and choosing to have alternative activities such as walking through a decorative mall, you can reduce the unpleasantness. For those that are truly trapped, an herbal formulation named Nevaton, helps with anxiety, depression, and stress may be the answer.

Alcohol

Fourth, many consume more alcohol now than at any other time of the year. Alcohol is a depressant to the central nervous system. We feel depressed as a result and it takes three days to fully recover.

This is a result of liver toxicity. If reducing your consumption of alcohol reduces your enjoyment of the holidays, you can avoid hangovers, while protecting your liver, by taking two LivCo tablets every day during the holiday months.
